Evidence
1. Pistol- a .22 caliber pistol was found at the scene of the crime. The gun had been registered to Trevor.
2. Suicide Note- a note was found on a table in Trevor’s house. Although the note appeared legitimate, forensic handwriting analysis showed that the writing did not match that of Trevor.
3. Pills/Pill bottle- A bottle of prescription sleep medication was found on a coffee table next to Trevor’s body.
4. Autopsy report- The autopsy report had shown that Trevor’s hands had been bound with was appeared to be some type of tape. Also the toxicology report had come up negative when testing for any trace of sleep medication in Trevor’s blood.
5. Shell casing- a .22 caliber shell casing was found in the kitchen of Trevor’s house.
6. Fingerprint- A partial print was found on the pistol. But was inconclusive to who they belonged to.
